The worst Dermapen product... I bought two pens of it... The head shakes in place... It is not as shown in the advertising video that the head moves up and down... A very bad experience... and bad treatment from the manufacturer... I contacted them and their response to me was that this is what we have as a product, simply put...

from the video we can see the needle cartridges are vibrating,because the speed is fast,so it looks like static state,the derma pen has no problem.
